Planting pitahaya in Oaxaca: the origin
Meet the families harvesting the pitahaya that reaches your table, from regenerative plots in southern Mexico.
In the mountains of Oaxaca, pitahaya grows hanging from century-old cacti. We work with five producer families who harvest by hand, respecting lunar cycles and the regenerative practices their grandparents passed down.
Each box reaches our kitchen in under 48 hours, traveling 600 km. That’s why the flavor arrives alive — it never wastes time in warehouses or cold rooms.
Betting on this model means paying a fair price for origin and building long-term relationships with the land and the people working it.
